Install the parts in the order below. Then press POWER.

  1. THE MAIN BOARD (large, green). Put this in the case first. It is the floor everything else stands on.
  2. THE BRAIN (small ceramic chip with gold legs). Slots into its square home on the board.
  3. THE MEMORY (long thin board with eight chips). Slides into the long thin slot.
  4. THE POWER (heavy metal box with a fan). Goes in its bay at the top of the case.
  5. ADD-ON CARDS (graphics, sound). Each slides into one of the two long slots at the bottom of the board. Either slot accepts either card.
  6. THE DISK DRIVE (beige bezel with a slot). Snaps into the drive bay at the front.
⚠ Parts dislike being shoved in the wrong place. Three wrong attempts and a part FRIES. Fried parts must be replaced (tap RESET).
Press POWER when ready. Faster + cleaner builds get a higher BUILDER GRADE.
